The new building of a very modern villa in the southwest of Munich was intended to be a tailor-made home for a family of 5 and many guests.

The future client asked Alexandra Rasp for support in this heartfelt project after a previous, successful collaboration on the new construction and furnishing of his company complex. The encounter with the client was warm and trusting from the start and resulted in a lasting friendship. 

In many conversations and telephone calls, Alexandra Rasp learned about wishes, ideas, routines in the family's life, preferences for materials and colors and developed the texture of the house in collaboration with the builders and architect. Together, the floor-to-ceiling glazing, stones, tiles, floorboards, fittings, Bathroom equipment, lighting, etc. were sought and developed and put together into a coherent concept. At the same time, the interior of all rooms was planned, because despite the modern look, a warm, comfortable atmosphere should characterize the ambience of the house.
