OLD BUILDING MUNICH, LEHEL

PROJECTS

Complete renovation of an old apartment in a listed building in Munich's Lehel.

In order to achieve spaciousness in the approximately 110 square meter apartment, some doors and door frames were removed and the resulting openings were enlarged. The positions of the bathroom and guest toilet were swapped.
This resulted in a very charming bathroom with a spacious shower on the one hand and a small, chic guest toilet with an adjoining, hidden utility room on the other.
The electrical system was overhauled, supplemented and an exceptionally beautiful and clear switch system was installed. Medium brown long oak floorboards of different widths connect all rooms and radiate cozy warmth in the very reservedly furnished rooms.
As an eye-catcher, the owners receive a lush MOOOI wallpaper in the entrance, creating a successful counterpoint to the otherwise very clear, reserved ambience.

Renovation time approx. 9 months.
